I opened the Nasturtium Cafe in October of 2001 with the primary mission: to create, cook and serve food that actually feeds your physical body and at the same time stimulates your senses. My menu is abundant with life giving items created from scratch using alternative organic produce, grains and herbs; animal protein is ocean caught or pasture raised, so that it is hormone and antibiotic free. Preparation of my food is made with knowledge that mind, body and soul are one and must be in balance. It is my pleasure to share this energy with those that enter the Nasturtium seeking good food, health and peace. Aloha, Diane

We honor your decision of how you want to fuel, maintain and repair your body, mind and spirit. It is extremely important to me to provide a place of refuge from the daily nutritional conflicts that people face. We offer Blood type Diet, gluten free breads and wraps, vegan and vegetarian choices along with the best in natural meats for your selection in a traditional restaurant setting with outdoor dining available on our mauka lanai. The Nasturtium Cafe offers to you what your body needs and utilizes.
